About the Company:
We are partnering with a well-established organization known for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and cutting-edge technology solutions. As the company continues to grow, they're looking to add a skilled Network Engineer to their IT team.

Position Overview:
The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and a passion for optimizing network performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime

• Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and system upgrades

• Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams

• Support disaster recovery planning and execution for network systems

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role

• Strong experience with Cisco hardware and software (routers, switches, ASA/Firepower, Meraki, etc.)

• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and security appliances

• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) strongly preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Experience (Preferred):

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)

• Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies

• Knowledge of VoIP systems and QoS
